Cancellations/rescheduling made up until the close of business the day before a scheduled appointment, via email or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations/rescheduling made after the close of business the day before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of the full treatment cost before a new appointment can be made.

New Patients will be asked to pre-pay for their appointments and if cancelled/rescheduled after the close of business the day before your scheduled appointment the whole treatment cost will be forfeited.
